The word "inspiration" comes from insparare (Latin) which means “In spirit”. When we are inspired we feel energized and connected to something more than just our limited self-concept and its predetermined boundaries. Is there anything that we can do to encourage this shift in focus that allows us to see ourselves and the world in a new light? In this workshop we explore what inspiration is, and how to find it in your own life.
